Game wont load character again after porting to GHA

So this happened yesterday before work I ported to Howling Abyss via my book and as soon as it hit 100% my game crashed, now when loading my bar gets to 25% and crashes . someone fixed this the other night by porting me to the Nui shrine in Marionople. is my character unable to ever port to Howling abyss?

I did use the FOV mod 2 days ago when it first happened, I have since reverted it to default, so this time when it happened I was not using them.

I'll delete my folder tonight and re download everything, but I don't want to risk making another portal to GHA
