Hello, this is very related to criticals some players do, and honor gems both players related are using. Some classes and items are built around criticals, with tanky characters being able to stand that.Other than that, two very geared players can still one or two shot eachother depending on builds.

I do agree on this, and the more time that passes, the current players on server only get stronger and higher gear scores, which leads to a gap increase between old and new players, making it harder for them to catch up. I'm not sure what could be done about it though
