I looked, I searched, I googled, I could not find anything related to the "Golden Tickets" in ArcheRage.
Any advice?

Searched and googled as well, but there is no item in the game called "Golden Ticket". Can you provide a screenshot of it?

There is an item. and it was a tab in Marketplace on LIVE. There are several in the game, AH history shows a few

Don't think we will get it here... It was an item you received after buying a certain credit pack.

The one on the picture is not a Golden Tickets but a Golden Token.
If we are speaking about the Golden Token, then it's the item you could receive from one of our events - Daru Grand Mission that ended in September. It could be exchanged to various items Divine Key Exchanger that was available in Mirage Isle until September, 20th.

So are these useless until event comes back?
