Got disconnected and now get a black screen after character select.

Got disconnected while running a trade route via cart.
Now whenever I log into that character it goes to a black screen instead of the loading screen splash art.
I've tried creating a new character and that works fine.
It's been about a half hour now and I still can't log onto my main (I read elsewhere to try waiting)
I've switched from DX11 to DX9 and tried it both ways. No luck.

I got the same problem last night but it actually told me that I am using and "illegal software" and banned me so im currently waiting to get a response from one of the admins.

I can still log in and create new characters. It doesn't give me any notifactions I can read, and I assume a ban would lock the account entirely.

It's working again. just had to wait it out
