I don't know what are you saying... I sent 100 gold (or 100 hammers) to guild leader and he upgrade our guild to lvl3... than we disband after 3-4 day later.
What is your problem? This is the work of the leader, right?
I have not had an issue with leveling a guild to level 3. Have you tried the guild manager elsewhere? Can you take a screenshot of your guild exp window for me, please?
