Heedmar mobs/npc are not loading

Mobs and NPC in heedmar not loading at all. That includes the mana idols, warehouse npc, not even the Nui is loading. It's been like this since several hours. I have confirmed in faction chat that I am not the only one with this issue. You are unable to port out of the zone too. If you want to leave the zone you have to walk to nuimari or marcala.
