You need to be aware that the two servers are not the same. On the RU server, the horrible changes that patch 3.0 made to the vocation system made it through unchanged.
That means the poor old Russians can't buy high tier seeds or livestock with gold (as we can in the NA version) they have to use vocation (just like in the official server).
But if you're not a carebear and you have no interest in farming, then this probably won't be a concern for you. But if you earn you're gold by farming, then the NA server is much, much better than the RU server.
