Is rushing 50 gilda a bannable offense?

Back on real servers, I used to create new characters (on the same account) to rush 50 gilda designs/gilda dust
I was wondering is this allowed here, or is this considered as 'alting'

Note: There's also a 500 labor pot reward at lvl 20, if i used it, delete my character (wait for a day)
rinse and repeat is this a bannable offense?

They mentioned that you can create as many characters on your one account as you'd like, however it's once you create a whole different account that has a separate labor pool from your other one that is the bannable offense.

I don't like alt accounts for any reason. But if you're willing to sit up and do all those quests and create characters only to delete them later on the same account. Eh...more power to ya, its not like the gilda are tradable. Sure you can buy designs, but you can only do so much to gain gilda from those quests, theres a limit.
