Issue droping tree house

Hello,
so
i tried droping a tree house and it shows to me that i can not drop it. i have taken many pictures so other people can give me insight on this. i tried talking to sparkle but they do not see an issue and told me i am droping it on somebodys scarecrow.

let me know if you guys can help me. i am tired of waiting 5 days for a response from sparkle.

1000 gilda star houses. 44x44 building and lands...
Material cost to build up:
100 stone packs
20 iron packs
50 lumber packs

only on those islands do you get restrictions 24x24/28x28 plans only are the smaller ones and 44x44 plan buildings are the larger spots

Yeah just like in retail release it's trial by error, other then wiki everything
