Keep getting device removed

I have to uninstall and reinstall the game every time I want to play. I do not know why it lets me in the first time then kicks me every other time. I recently whipped my C drive after installing a new motherboard, cpu, and ram.

Solution: Change to DX9, alternatively try playing with vertical sync.

What is the message when the game kicks you?
Is it normal disconnect?
Yes please screenshot it if able, downloading entire client is certainly not the way to go.

Enable vertical sync. If it happens again, switch to dx 9. Let me know if it solved it.
