Land prices

I Went all over west and couldnt find a place to build a 16x16
SO I was wondering about the rpices of land 16x16 and 24x24 certed, 28x28 demo ?

I've seen 16s on both factions, low as 600, high as 3k. It's all about location...
haven't run across larger plots this week, but also haven't been looking.

i've seen fully built thatches for 2 - 3k

I've heard of 28 demo's for around 2-3k

I would assume those prices are fairly legit,.. but i'm sure you already know the risk of asking for a "demo" plot - it might be better to pay an extra thousand or two for the plot + house or treehouse vs getting scammed by someone.
