Launcher running error

When I try to run the launcher it gives me this error. I would greatly appreciate any advice any can give.
My PC has antivirus off
And its OS is 64 bit x64 based processor

note: all other games including the main trionworld's archeage server run smoothly , also ran antivirus scans, removed and re-installed files three times

Run it as Administrator.

I did that as well, it still has the error.

Did you try to restart your PC and run launcher after it?

I've tried that too I guess I could try again, I did and I'm still getting the error, running program via admin, have all the antivirus and firewalls off. I think I might know what the problem might be the files for the launcher is missing in the folder I installed it in... not sure how this happened. So what should I do now?

Try reinstalling but use Torrent option. Also, reinstall directly to the Disk.
