It's nonsense. Just use your normal housing areas in isles like other players. You don't need lazy "Cheats". If someone has to travel 10-15 minutes nobody deserves instant teleport to same high end location. If you want to snipe traders stay in Freedich some hours!
 
It's not the fact about being scared of PVP it's the easy of which pirates/enemys of trade runners have with houses up there. Whats the point of sailing around or chasing tradeships down when you can just watch them load up and as soon as they leave to head to fridric, you port up there have a coffee and wait for them to come to you.
 
Damn dude this is a highly underrated post. Infact, lets get rid of ship buoyancy too because there was nothing wrong about having 50 brs on a single clipper.

True dat. Ship buoyancy sucks on galleons for guilds too cause not everyone in the raid can fit on one ship.

they only know how to drive fishing boats properly so why not
 
If anything boost the rewards from turning in @ Freedich to promote more PVP
