New seeds' timers not halved

As title says, Impatiens (at least) are taking 1d8h to grow, which is what it shows in the tooltip. Is that intended or should it be half?

Thanks for letting us know. Some of new seeds may have been out of our attention. We'll check them and cut timer in half as on the rest we had in 2.9.
