Nui race quests chapter 15

Hello,
NPC doesn't give me the "No Man Left Behind" quest, which is kind a bummer cause it's a race line quest so I can't get my gilda starry-stars awards. Any way to fix that?

The mobs only spawn for a few hours a day.

The quest you linked is for Reedwind, an area thats not unlocked in 2.9 (which is the patch this server is on).
