Pre-Mature Closing

The Ascension ArcheAge 2.9 screen highlights white "Across the land new kingdoms spread; Treaties forged, and honor bled. Gleaming towers," and then it closes.

Tried
-restarting
-disabling anti-virus
-Running as admin
-Running in windows XP, 7, 8 compatible mode
-"Repair" button on loader

Mine only does that when server is down or when I'm having connection issues.

I've experienced the same but it was when the server crashed.

check the directx settings in config file. You'll need to switch it to the other option for the launcher to finish loading the game.

I think I had this issue with Legacy. If I recall it has something to do with some form of computer security software I had at the time...
