Problem Joining AR Discord

I can't figure out how to join the AR Discord server because it asks me to claim my account (this email is already taken), but I get that error message. I already have a Discord account for other servers. How do I fix this?

You don't need to confirm any data to be able to read our Discord page. Only in case you want to write there, you need to have your account phone verified.

If you are getting any errors when you are trying to join, you need to contact Discord support.

I want to write in my service request when I hit 52 so...?
It's not really an error when connecting, but more of an annoyance verifying my email because it won't let me as it says "email is already registered".
