are you able to tell us costume rotation? I really want to buy the dragon cultist duster. or is there a way to donate for a costume not in rotation?

Boutique rotations are announced around 12 hours before a restart happens.
No you cannot donate for something that isn't available

@Amatox As costumes are rotated weekly, in a while this one you mentioned will be added as well.
