Regrade chance nerfed???

Maybe server lag. "Official" server has some strange effects in wartimes. I failed rare to arcane sail upgrade 9 times in the last FS... It was MM time.

But we got "normal" chances in the 2nd week maybe. Socketing has high(er) chance to fail now. I stopped crafting necklace. I don't risk my "safe" warrior necklace upgrades of the past in this bad luck times... No upgrade = I don't need large jewelry mana wisp...

I can definitely attest to regrade chances being decreased from arcane and heroic. I've always been a crafter/regrader and heroic to unique is just atrocious at the moment.

Unless you people are doing hundreds/thousands of regrades you can't say for sure they have been decreased, stop assuming. RNG is RNG.

I noticed this as well at heroic. I wonder if this server has any unit tests that executes 1000's of regrades just to verify its within range.

I've had exceptional regrade success lately... I think RNG is just that.
