Reports & Ban Appeals - no permisson to post / create topic ?

Hey Guys,

I can't see a button or something to create a new topic in the Reports & Bans section. Really weird. Looks like I have no permission. Friends of me had the same problem and they had to talk with krowley before they were able to post there.

Somebody else has the same problem?

You're looking at the Archive section. A common mistake.
