Server Status?

I was able to work around this issue. I was failing to reach this server.
http://nacdn2.archerage.to/archerage_na/launcher.version
I edited my hosts file and pointed to my own server with copies of the file as a workaround.

The issue is how they handle the servers. Giving someone RDP access is kinda risky if they don't have a web client etc.
 
Be careful guys, I know some of you are desperate to save your crops and packs, but you don't want to mess up your client.

Besides, the last time something like this happened, the server was back up by about 9 A.M Russian time. It's about 8 A.M in Russia now, so just give it an hour or so.

yea but think about that ppl that are losing things nor those ppl that are trying to play since 3 4am (my time its 7 am now)...
i mean i understand its a private server and has things that goes wrong but even big companys has ppl that stay up late to resolve some bugs....
 
dont dowwnload any link because u can get virus or get hacked please be smart and wait for help once they come they will fix it dont download links from a stranger :D

yea but i folowed the 2nd link and it was from a post from a post with the same problem a year ago that they got it to work sprakle and things and i downloaded from sparkles post

also i believe those links are their hosts. not sure why the client isn't failing over to them.

to be specific this is what i did

download these two files
[bcolor=rgb(255, 255, 255)]http://cdn1.archeage.to/archerage_na/build.version[/bcolor]
[bcolor=rgb(255, 255, 255)]http://cdn1.archeage.to/archerage_na/launcher.version[/bcolor]

setup or use a webserver you have and put those files in the following folder
archerage_na
then edit your hosts file to redirect the following
192.168.1.11 nacdn2.archerage.to
where 192 is your webservers ip address

once there server is working just delete the line in the hosts file

huum i see yeaa i guess i willl wait for them to fix the server...to much work to make at 7am
 
Issue is being looked into. Someone will get back with you shortly with an update.

I have the same problem. I can't get into the game tonight. I am glad that it is not just me. I tried re-downloading the game, but it did not fix the problem. Thanks for looking into it. :)

Whenever there's a problem with the server, it's always a good idea to write a quick message on the forum to let the team know.

The homepage says the server is online for me as well. But whenever I try to login I get the 'version check error' (as are lots of other people).

Google tells me it's about 10 A.M in Russia now. But it's Sunday :( so I'm just hoping somebody comes in to check on the server today.
 
Server wasn't down but some of you couldn't login. For those who had the issues with login in, it was fixed. You should be able to login now.
