Shadowcard issue - Donation problem

Hello , i've recently donated 50USD card, following accordingly the thread you guys have

However i simply can't redeem my code nor get any credits in game regardless of what i do
As you may see on the screenshot down below i do have the card still as available

However when i try to redeem it on the archrage page

This is what i get , and no i don't have credits in game. And the card still shows as "Available" on the PixelGameCard page, so it hasn't been used.

What can i do in order to redeem it and get the credits?
 
Did you convert you PGC into a shadow card? Because that is what you need to do as per the guide i just posted.

If you had, your card would now say delivered, and you would receive your shadow card hash tag.
 
give it a minute, i went through the whole process and it works, buy the pixelcard, enter it into shadowcard, enter shadowcard into donation page. Each stage can take a bit to complete, if it says it accepted the shadowcard, then your funds ARE coming, just wait.
 
I registered my outlook email, but havent received the email to verify.. How long does it usually take to get an email for verification from shadowcard?
 
You gotta take the longggg assssss code on the shadowcard when you convert the PGC card and enter THAT on the Archerage website,
 
Fixed my issue. I had to reset my Archerage password, log in with the one they send you, then use that same password to do the donation ..... Then change back to my original password. Such a ball ache but it worked
