keep in mind they nerf defense/magic defense penetration passives and buff defense/magic defense values. so youre actually tankier to a dr in 3.0 than you were in 2.9. shield or no shield

2.9 is the best patch for darkrunners. 3.0 is a mage/archer patch

Within the own faction, whether its a race change ticket or like a submit a ticket when you have a lvl 55 character on your same faction to swap your equipped gear/inventory over to. Either way. Make this happen.
