Character Slot Expansion

I also bought 2 of those things any chance i could just get my credits back? they are in my personal inventory. Woona Character Name
 
What do I need to get an answer?

Remembering that I bought an article that doesn't work in the store... :(:(:(
 
Once again the server has rebooted but the problem continues, I am without my additional slot and without my credits ....o_O
 
For the time that has passed without even an answer ... I have already given up hope of a solution :(o_O

So basically you just need 500 credits refunded right?
 
Guys, in order to fix this option we need to do server restart.
It has been decided to make it on Monday.
We really apologize for the mess with this option but you have to wait 2 more days.
Hope for your understanding.

IronLady after this last restart the server finally appeared the additional slot, thanks and you can delete the post if you want.;):cool:
