Client Broken After Patch

After updating (downloaded 4GB update) my client is broken.. after the text splash i got nothing.

tried to repair and im force to download 12GB files! like WTF has happen? so i have to download it again over a metered connection... after inspecting the game.pak is only 8gb in size

The launcher seams to have problems with the 3.0 patch updating to it. Best thing to do is Uninstall, restart your pc and try a fresh install through the Torrent
