Do Supply Crates Ever Get Recycled?

I've only been playing a few months now and I was wondering if the archeum supply crates ever get cycled back through. More specifically, if mount crates ever get cycled back through. I'm hoping to see the Hellwing Pegasus make a return (or any pegasus) and am wondering if that's likely, or even possible.

yea they are on a cycle.prolly 6 or 12 months cycle
