game keeps closing

hey every time i get to char selection the game closes, ive tried using the repair option and restarting my computer but neither helped, site says server is online and server selection is showing server up so i dont know why its doing it, can i please get some help

- Check Anti-virus (Can't hurt)
- Reinstall Client (I know it sux)

ive now tried reinstalling the game aswell and that didnt work either, but game runs on my surface pro 4
