Gate of King Solzrean "Level too low"

Im lvl 15 Nuian and Im at Wardton. I cant cut down any Sturdy Trees as a text pops up saying "Level too low". Im just curious if this is a bug or something that can be done but at a higher or lower level.

BTW im new to the server but Im familiar enough with archeage.

It's not a bug. On our server you can cut the trees from level 52.

Oh. thats news to me. but i dig it
