Halloween and fishing events

Maybe i am just missing something or do not know the timer correctly. I cannot find these events.

I go to arena in Two crowns at 11 am and PDT and i do not see any events.

The fishing event i thought was in mirage i do not see any quests or event. I cannot find anywhere to fish there either.

Hi, there two ways of fishing in AA world:
fishing championship on the weekends and custom fishing events - in this case there's no need for any quests to be taken, you just have to fish in the ocean at a certain time.
