Suggestions for new ways to get Honor Badges?
It seems to be very hard for new players to do Stat migrations, since they require Honor Badges, with the current server population the FFA queues are not filling at all!
Any suggestions?

You can buy 5 point mitigation books from general merchants. It's just 50g per book and the cost increases per time

What, if anything, can I do with the stat boost scrolls that I bought from the evenbard?
No FFA's have popped for me in the last month since I posted. Need a way to get Honor Badges for healers, and stuff staffers

The stat migration books ARE 50g each, but they only increase per time if you do them multiple times in succession. The amount needed to migrate resets every day so if you are patient, you can just do it 50g a day and migrate eventually.
