Migration scalpel

I am trying to reset my migrated stats. I bought a scalpel from the cash shop, but when I right click it, it says you cant use this. I researched a bit but haven't found how to use it. Anyone know?

Hit C or open up your Character Info.
Click on the little gear icon to the right of your stats, it'll bring up the Migration UI.
Use the Reset Button from there.
