New Player Is there any Safe land available?

today they announced Archeage officially done. Looking at my options. Is there going to be any land for a New player in a Safe zone?
also, I noticed a rule that said you can only plant 100 seeds a day. What would the purpose be for having more than 2 seed beds?

There is no rule that says you can only plant 100 seeds a day.

You have confused this with a restriction that limits the amount 1 person can wild plant items based on their level.
Personal land (such as seed beds) has no such limitation. This restriction only applies to unprotected land

Is there going to be any land for a New player in a Safe zone?

The server is healthy and therefore full. You'll most likely have to start out with an 8x8 plot and then slowly build up from that.

The 8x8 options are:
- private workbench (15 gilda design + some mats)
- silo (upgraded private workbench)
- tent (credit/merit badges)
- quest garden
- credit garden

Good to know:

• The first three options can have a farmhand, which could hold up to three 16x or 24x plots for you.
• The silo can have as many storage chests as a 44x house, and you can add a memory hearth to have a portal and memory ember.
• Tent designs are tradeable and can sometimes be found on the auction house.
• Tents and silos have room for certain beds to regenerate bonus labor.
• Tents grant residency and unlock vocation quests + blue salt bond quests.

That aside, it might be easier to find place for an aquafarm (16x) or a bungalow (24x/28x) if that is to your liking,

or,

you could join a guild that shares land with its members. You could place your preferred 8x8 next to guild land to have your storage close to where you farm your materials.
