Problems playing/Banned?

Alright, so I loaded up AR for my first time, made a character, then before I saved I got kicked for using a "modified client". I started it up a second time, made my character, and this time, it sort of... went black at the character select screen. I could only move my mouse around and rotate the non-existent character around. Then suddenly I was greeted with-

So I clicked "confirm", but it simply left me to sit at the black screen until I logged off. I am currently running Windows 10.

Fixed it by installing the torrent, seems that the client launcher gets messed up. Already in the game and on the road to getting back up to level 55.
