Tab Targeting Priority

Is there any way to implement a priority with tab targeting? For instance Reds->mobs->Other stuff?

The problem with this is you will create more problems then you solve by adding this kind of priority targeting.
Targeting is designed around you choosing your target by clicking on them with a key bind being a secondary reactive targeting.
