Wrongfully blocked account

Hi, I don't know if this is good place to my topic, but I can't find any "contact" or something like this on site of ArcheRage.
I created account about 5 days ago and today when I wanted to play, I was informated that my account is blocked.

In account pannel I read that it is beacuse I use bot...
The problem is that I haven't used anything like this.
In fact I even don't have any character on account, beacuse I wanted to create it today.
What can I do?
