Direct download not working

I tried to download the game trough the direct download but it just stops at 10% and wont download more, I can|t use torrent because its blocked in my country. Any way you guys can make like a mega download or mediafire so i can just download the whole folder?

Those are the only 2 download options.
Where are you trying to install the game to, what format is the drive you're trying to install too and what error is it giving when it stops downloading

I am installing it on a hard drive D. When i open the launcher it downloads and it says repair prosess failed and then update prosess failed.

I found a way around it, when the launcher gets stuck on something i restart it and it starts downloading again, but its pretty anoying
