PCG do not email you your code. Once the purchase is completed you have to open the purchase on your account and it will show the 16 digit code that can be converted in Archex.su

Yes thanks, I did finally figure it out, once I got that code, I used it at Arche exchange then took that crazy long number it gives and went back to our ArcheRage and hit Donate and put that number in and got my credits! Twice now I've done it successfully!
