Again, it depends on where you live. I didn't need to do any of that except the 2 factor for Coinbase (though GDAX is asking for it). I had to do other things to verify, however, that I'm not going to list here but which aren't in your list.there were like 3-4 verifications needed, for security and for increase in exposure. it was like fb/twitter, facial id, govt issued id and mobile 2factor auth.
Either way, it is quite the process - which should be reassuring. But it's not a quick account setup like PGC or Shadowcard are, which I think was the main issue @echoes_of_eternity had. It's more like linking a bank to Paypal, or getting started as an author at textbroker, where you're getting a W2 and everything.
Edit: It might also depend on how you answer some of the questions in the account setup, where you're linking a card or something else, etc. The process varies from person to person.
